Upon request for a commission, it is my understanding that clients have reviewed and agreed to the terms below.

Full payment must be up-front after an order is put in before I will begin work.

You are allowed an unlimited number of revisions in the sketch phase. Out of sketching phase max revisions is 3. If the revision exceeds 3 times, there is an additional charge of +$10

Estimate delivery within 1-3 weeks, in a form of zip file with high-red and transparent PNG

You can use this commissioned work for personal use (i.e. PFP, header, post, and personal prints) or content creation use. Commercial use is not allowed unless it's been discussed beforehand!

Commercial use is allowed and will have an additional +50$% charge.

As the artist, I retain all intellectual property rights to the commissioned work. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned work for personal use only. It is strictly prohibited for clients to commercially use, reproduce, distribute, and/or modify the commissioned work without my prior written permission. I also retain the right to showcase commissioned work in my portfolio or on my social media platforms, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

All commissions are non-refundable; however, if for any reason I cannot complete your commission I will issue you a full refund. If you cancel your commission before I begin sketching, I will issue you a full refund.
